Yes, it’s true. As a parent, you have the legal authority to come get me after lunch and recent studies have proved this is beneficial. Which studies? I don’t have them on hand but you can trust me.
Picking up your teenager shortly after lunch has many emotional, psychological, mental, spiritual, and even academic benefits.
It shows you actually love your teenager. Nothing says “family time matters” than picking up your child at 12:20PM with a boba and chicken fingers. Build trust and show love isn’t just a word to you. Imagine if you also brought honey mustard and bbq sauce. Wow! A+ parent! Pick me up.
