Teenagers are not ungrateful. We are, in fact, super appreciative and know where all the good stuff comes from. Grandma. But you are also doing your best. Here are five ways teenagers say, “I love you.”
Following you around. When your teenager follows you around the house you should be happy. Not everyone gets to have their own personal domestic stalker watching their movements as they walk through their home. Sometimes we revert into toddler-mode and want be with the life giver, deal with it. It’s “I love you” expressed through physical proximity. Let it warm your soul. What room are we going to next?
